http:\\\ is an esoteric programming language.
http:\\\ fetches the resource at `http://bit.ly/` plus the input file and outputs it to STDIN.
Requires [Python requests](http://docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/).
Run `python interpreter.py file_to_run.txt` to read input from `file_to_run.txt`.
