README
For the last few years, we've been working on improving the lifecycle of developing and validating data-driven clinical decision rules. This repo contains code for three of our papers in this space:
`analyzing_patient_perspectives`: Auditing patient perspectives, underlying a cross-sectional study of sentiment and thematic classification on exception from informed consent (Kornblith et al. 2025, Nature scientific reports)
`cdi_survey`: Systematic review on bias in CDIs (Obra et al. 2025)
`iai_vetting`: Vetting CDI performance for children after blunt torso trauma (PLOS digital health, 2022)
