An automatic _baybayin_ converter, using the new Unicode standards for _baybayin_, inspired by the works of Norman de los Santos, established in [L2/19-258R](https://www.unicode.org/L2/L2019/19258r-baybayin-ra.pdf) and the new [variable font version of Noto Sans Tagalog](https://github.com/ctrlcctrlv/Noto-Sans-Tagalog).
