# LeafAreaExtraction

Calculates Leaf area from scanned leaf images

## Useage

Run with 

```

	python  leafArea.py 

```

or

```

	python leafArea.py 

```

Additional flags:

-F 				force overwrite existing files

-black 			black background

-sum			produce summary only

Demo:

```

	python  leafArea.py demo

```
