# Be Fit

The application is a health and fitness management tool which the diet and physical activity of the user and maintains a record of their activity routine.

The application runs on **android 5** and **above.**

The application keeps the health track by counting the **user's steps** and the **water intake.** 

The application also has a blog section which shows the top health and fitness articles to guide the user.

The user can also calculate their BMI in the application.
