## 🚀 Quick Start
### Prerequisites
- Python 3.8+
- Node.js 18+
- Google AI API Key
### Backend Setup
1. **Clone and navigate to backend**:
```bash
cd cogni-cart/backend
```
2. **Create virtual environment**:
```bash
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate # On Windows: .venv\Scripts\activate
```
3. **Install dependencies**:
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
4. **Set up environment variables**:

# Create .env file

echo "MODEL_NAME=gemini-1.5-flash" >> .env
```
5. **Start the backend**:

python run.py
```
Backend will be available at `http://localhost:8000`
