Sets colours in bspwm and urxvt, including all running and future incarnations.

Installation and example:

```

yarn

yarn run download

yarn run set sources/schemes/default/eighties.yaml 92

```

Here 92 is the transparency of the background. It may be omitted and then defaults to 100.
