# DLIP

Dapp-Learning Improvement Proposal

## 目标和流程概述

+ 基于当下较为成熟的EIP流程，我们建立了DLIP repo。

+ 目标是记录下来DApp Learning 小组的全局的资金分配（捐赠、grant等）、治理措施（组织治理、使命愿景价值观等）、项目变化（新建、关闭等）的发起、讨论过程和具体结论。

## DLIP文档状态

+ 所有Proposal都有四个基本状态：Idea、Draft、Review、Final。

+ Idea：只存在你的脑海里，可以任何时候，在微信群或者Discord中，抛出来，和大家一起讨论。

+ Draft：讨论有了雏形后，可以基于模板（下文）来形成初步的草稿，以持续跟踪、讨论和改进。

+ Review：可以有多次Review，一般以会议形式，充分讨论和参与，每次对关键变更，可以附在文末。

+ Final：经过多次讨论，相关治理成员和小组成员没有其他更好建议和反对意见的，进入Final状态，一般Final后不会再更改。

+ 状态由治理小组讨论确认并标注在DLIP文档中。

+ + DLIP请注明Type：Cash、Governance、Project三个类别（可以提案更改或者增加）

## 如何使用

+ 当前**非邀请**，请不要提PR

+ 收到邀请后，请根据[模板](DLIP-template.md)来提交自己的Proposal。

+ 提交文件命名格式为eip-draft_title_abbrev.md

+ DLIP的讨论，会放在[这里](https://github.com/rebase-network/Dapp-Learning/discussions)
