Refined Azure
### What does this theme include?
- Increases padding/whitespace (breathing room 👍👍👍):
- In table/detail pages
- Main navigation & search
- Sub-navigation (both expanded & collapsed states)
- Change default `font-family` to `"Source Sans Pro"`
- Removes unnecessary clutter on homepage (ie. ads/widgets)
- Changes **"Favorite"** identifiers to toggle buttons inside **"All Services"**
- Sets default loading background to **"Azure Blue"** (💙 `#0078d4`)
- Removes redundant **"Microsoft"** branding
- Adds Azure logo & tagline to header
- Other styling fixes/changes...
