# batch6_eczema

Intro : 

Eczema (also called atopic dermatitis)  is the skin disease affecting around 2,5 Millions of persons in France. An European studies created 2 datasets with transcriptome and clinical information about 300 patients.

Within a team of 7 data scientist and the lead of medical searcher, this project aims at finding the perfect model of Machine Learning to predict the disease gravity of the eczema for a set of patients.

This anticipation of the gravity could ultimately help doctor to adjust the treatment and have a bigger impact on the patient's healing
