# IHC Profiler
ImageJ plugin for the quantitative analysis of immunohistochemistry samples.

### Prerequisites
Install [ImageJ](https://imagej.net), or have an existing installation of ImageJ available.
### Install
* Copy the `IHC_Profiler.class` file to the folder `/plugins`
* Copy the `IHC_Profiler.txt` file to the folder `/macros`
* Restart ImageJ if it was already running
* You should now see an item called "IHC Profiler" in the Plugins menu.
