PhpStorm ocean color schemes

Inspired by [Base16](https://github.com/chriskempson/base16)

Installation

------------

1. Clone (or download) this repository.

2. Go to `File | Import Settings` select the directory and click `Choose`.

3. Check `Color schemes` and press `Ok`.

4. Restart PhpStorm.

5. Go to `Preferences | Editor | Colors & Fonts` and select one of the new color themes.

Fonts

You can modify fonts in `Preferences | Editor | Colors & Fonts | Font` after adding the color schemes.
