Maestro
SYNPOSIS
========
A scheduling constraint engine. For now it's being prototyped in
[SWI Prolog](http://www.swi-prolog.org), we'll see if it stays
there as we move into production. I'll probably move it to
[JaCoP](http://jacop.osolpro.com), as I get my head wrapped around
this problem space.
