I'm Daniel De Lucca, a **Staff Software Engineer at [@DoorDash](https://github.com/doordash)** with 15+ years building products that connect millions of users globally.

My journey in tech has been diverse - from co-founding startups (4 companies) to leading engineering teams at Brazilian unicorns like [@quintoandar](https://github.com/quintoandar) and [@banconeon](https://github.com/neon), and consulting for Silicon Valley startups like [@clickup](https://github.com/clickup) and [@gitlab](https://github.com/gitlab).

Currently at DoorDash, I'm leading critical Trust & Safety initiatives, architecting distributed systems that ensure platform integrity for millions of Dashers worldwide. I'm also helping establish and scale DoorDash's Brazil engineering office as one of the founding engineers.
