# diagrams.net Shapes and Stencils

## Importing Into Your Drawing

File --> Import From --> Device --> Select XML file

## Adding A Shape / Icon

1. Locate your image

1. Add it to your drawing.

1. Whilst the new image is selected, press + to add to a Shapes collection.

1. Click the pen and give your new shape a name.  This is to support searching.

1. Save the updated collection.

1. Commit to this repo!
