# The Developer DAO Foundation

This repo stores documents related to The Developer DAO Foundation, the legal entity that owns and represents the Developer DAO and it's tokenholders.

Included documents:

- Certificate of Incorporation

- Foundation ByLaws

- Grant/Contributor Agreement (Template)

Documents are stored here purely as a reference for tokenholders and educational material.
