# Batch Menu Maker - Turbo Pascal - MS-Dos - 1991

Batch Menu Maker is a menu generation program for MS-Dos batch files.



The menus created are lists of options accessible by keystrokes in a “.bat” file extension. Each keystroke launches a program or interpreter command.



The menu generator was coded in [Turbo Pascal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbo_Pascal) in 1991. The compiled version dates from September 1993.



Batch programs require the CHOIX.COM program, also available in the “release” folder. It was coded in [Turbo Assembler](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbo_Assembler) and you'll find the source code along with that of the generator in the “src” subfolder.



It's possible that this program is compilable with [Free Pascal](https://www.freepascal.org) but I haven't tried. Units not supplied can be found in the [DeveloppeurPascal/librairies-TurboPascal](https://github.com/DeveloppeurPascal/librairies-TurboPascal) repository. If any are missing, please let me know so that I can add them.
