A few scrappy Deno scripts - mostly generated with GitHub Copilot - to transform the

leaked search ranking factors from Yandex from C++ Slice into JSON

Translations from Russian to English are made using DeepL API, expecting

`DEEPL_AUTH_KEY` env variable
