El objetivo de Negociador es suplantar a un proyecto previo, [Control de Agua](https://github.com/ControlDeAgua/ControlDeAgua), que

actualmente ya no está activo. Aunque no hereda código directamente, sí hereda parte del diseño y sus objetivos/funciones.
