PgSQL Backup Script

Usage: backup.sh [--help|--clean|--backup|--restore]

--clean: Run's backup cull/cleanup job

--backup [database]: Runs backup job (leave 'database' variable to run all)

--restore [restorefile] [newdatabase]: Restore's an archive to the new database name

```
