Setting up leveling system


**
1. Install the requirements
**


```python

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

```

2. Download PostgreSQL
**


- Download PostgreSQL on Macos

- Download PostgreSQL on Windows

**
3. Rename `.example_env` to `.env`
**

4. In .env paste your bot token where `TOKEN=`
**

**
5. In .env paste your PgAdmin 4 password where `PASSWORD=`
**
