## Work Experience



**WikiHow** *(Media Wiki/UI Developer)* | 11.14 - Present  

Built and maintained application to manage the writing and approval of articles on WikiHow with its contractors. The app allowed over 300 contractors and WikiHow staff to collaborate effectivly on over 5,000 articles. It was built on top of Google Docs API, allowing writing and collaboration on Google docs directly in the application.



**Measureful (now Chirpify)** *(Rails/UI Developer)* | 11.14 - Present  

Developed and maintained Measureful.com web application. An early stage startup distilling client's analytics, and displaying them in a beautiful and concise way. Role included defining sprints and feature sets and rapidly prototyping and delivering them to growing customer base. Also worked closely with founder to design and build look of info-graphics and user interface, and other graphics for the application. Measureful was aquired by Chirpify in 20014.



**New Relic** *(Rails/UI Developer)* | 06.12 - 03.13  

Work with the Rails application that allows customers of New Relic to monitor their applications and servers. Built new features such as Custom Dashboards, Key Transactions and others. Also maintain and support the existing code-base on a day to day basis.



**Collective Intellect (now Oracle)** *(Rails/UI Developer)* | 11.11 - 06.12  

Manage existing Ruby On Rails Applications as well as design & build next generation product. Applications run off

of vast amount of social media data. Built next generation application off JSON API I built as well as Backbone.js application running off the data. Company was acquired by Oracle summer 2012.



**Victors & Spoils** *(senior UI/Rails developer)* | 05.11 - 11.11  

Developed Victors & Spoils web applications for crowd-sourcing advertising talent for their clients. Worked closely with creativities to deliver a custom tailored application for their needs. On a day to day basis, I Developed compelling experiences in Html5/jQuery on Rails. Refactoring legacy Rails code-base, and increasing test coverage of build.



**Clickbooq.com** *(CTO)* | 07.10 - 09.11  

Working with Clickbooq owners to develop next generation of their web application. Building compelling photography management and site publishing application for Clickbooq's existing customer base. Application is an rich jQuery user interface on top of CodeIgniter back-end.



**NewFinds** *(Founder / Developer)* | 04.07 - 06.10  

Freelance developer working directly for clients and used as an outside resource for agencies. Partial client list includes; Yahoo, Jeep, Volkswagen, Ann Taylor, Sears, Reuters, Tivo, and McGraw Hill. Have created a wide variety of sites for the above clients from non-linear video experiences, to FaceBook applications, to Custom CMS solutions.



**HyperQUAKE** *(Consultant)* | 06.06 - 04.07  

Developed dynamic Flash sites for HyperQUAKE's clients including HGTV, Warner Bros, AIGA, and others. Developed a multilingual sites for Warner Bros movies "The Departed", "Lady In The Water", and "BeerFest". Developed a broadband channel for Exercise TV, and HyperQUAKE's site and administrative panel.



**RGA Digital Studios NY** *(Senior Developer)* | 09.05 - 06.06  

Flash developer for Nokia N-series web. Built and maintained multilingual content management controlled web sites showcasing multimedia capabilities of Nokia's phones. Co-developed on several Flash applications including a music recommender and sites utilizing assets uploaded from users.



**Razorfish NY** *(Senior Developer)* | 10.04 - 09.05  

Flash programmer for various clients of Razorfish. Recent work includes the re-launch of Mercedes AMG on which I co-developed the class based multi lingual site. Developed a white labeled Flash application for a financial institution using Flash Remoting and custom graphing elements.



**RGA Studios NY** *(Senior Designer / front-end engineer)* | 09.99 - 10.04  

I designed various sites for IBM including; IBM.com, pervasive computing, Linux, and IBM e-server. I also developed & co-developed many Flash Nike sites including; Nike.com, Nikerunning.com/usa, Nikebasketball.com/usa, nikelab.com and nikepresto.com. Won numerous awards in this role including the "Flash Forward Film Festival Award" in 2003 for Nikebasketball.com.



**Icon Nicholson** *(Designer / Production Artist)* | 05.96 - 06.99  

I worked as a production artist supporting designers & art directors, and later as a designer. Partial client list includes; Metropolitan Museum of Art, Readers Digest, Thomas Register, and E-Trade.

Received a bachelor's degree after completing a four year intensive graphic design program. Areas of concentration during my thesis projects included packaging and editorial design.
