MOSS

This is based on the MOSS-Minkata branch from [OpenUru](https://foundry.openuru.org/gitblit/summary/?r=MOSS-minkata.git).

## Setup

This requires libpqxx version 6 as a dependency. Newer versions will not work.

1. `. bootstrap.sh`

2. `./configure --enable-fast-download --disable-single-login`

3. `make`
