# WikidataEurLexScraper

Script to improve all Eur-Lex items in Wikidata based on 

information scraped from Eur-Lex

## Features

* scrape title of laws

* detect language of title

* upload name to Wikidata with the correct language code

## Impact

There are about 10 missing title statements on the EU law items.

This amounts to 4500*10=45.000 new statements

## TODO

* support devising main theme statements based on a summary of the law
