The goal of this project is to build GNU Radio blocks that implement

configurable interpolation versions of the DVB-S2 modulator and

physical layer framer blocks.

Build instructions (to install in /usr/local):

    mkdir build

    cd build

    cmake ../

    make

    sudo make install

    sudo ldconfig
