Email:The goal of this project is to build GNU Radio blocks that implement
the BICM (Bit-Interleaved Coded Modulation) portion of the DVB-S2 and
DVB-T2 standards. The LDPC block is a port of the code in:https://github.com/xdsopl/LDPC
The BCH block is a port of the code in:
https://github.com/aicodix/code/
