Usage

=====

* ⌅ ⌥ ⌘ + i - Convert ":code code/foo.rb" into an inline code block

*  ⌘R		- Generate and view slides

*  ⌘B		- Generate html

*  ⌥ ⌘R		- Generate and view in TextMate
