`dropwizard-protobuf` is a [Jersey](https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/jersey/) [JAX-RS Entity Provider](https://www.oracle.com/technical-resources/articles/java/jax-rs.html) that allows reading and writing messages in Google's [Protocol Buffers](https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/) format.

Usage

-----

Just add the `ProtocolBundle` to your Dropwizard application inside the [`Application#initialize`](https://javadoc.io/static/io.dropwizard/dropwizard-project/2.0.7/io/dropwizard/Application.html#initialize-io.dropwizard.setup.Bootstrap-) method.

```java

@Override

public void initialize(Bootstrap bootstrap) {

    bootstrap.addBundle(new ProtobufBundle());

}

```
