task.rs

=======

A lightweight periodic task scheduler. Does not rely on Rust nightly features.

Currently only supports minute-level scheduling of tasks.

This is not ready for wide usage.

TODO

----

- Handle timezones appropriately

- Support for second-resolution cron schedules

- Ability to prevent job execution from stacking (won't reschedule until job completes)

- Tests!

- Better API

- Clean up code (esp. better concurrency) and make safer
