### Installation of dependencies

The reproduce the analysis steps please first install miniconda to enable automatic downloading of the
used software tools in the correct version. [conda](https://conda.io/docs/install/quick.html).

### Running the analysis

Once you have conda installed simply execute the following command to reproduce the result files:

./processing.sh
