Url Shortener XMPP chat bot running on Google App Engine

Instructions:

1. Sign up for an account at http://bit.ly unless you want to use another URL shortening service.

2. Fill in the appropriate fields in main.py (it takes a little while for your API KEY to be valid if you just signed up).

3. Fill in your application name in app.yaml.

4. Make changes as you see fit in main.html.
