# usability-testing-kit

## Observation form

Don't think about causes or solutions when you observe. Put the energy to understand what didn't work.

## Analysis form

Sum up from all the observation forms. Then first think about possible reasons for an issue or problem. It can be several. And then, for each possible reason there can be several fixes.
