## 🚀 Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Node.js (v14 or higher)

- MongoDB

- Clerk Account

- Stripe Account

- Cloudinary Account

### Installation

1. Clone the repository

```bash

git clone https://github.com/elyse502/lms.git

cd lms

```

2. Install dependencies

```bash

# Install backend dependencies

cd server

npm install

# Install frontend dependencies

cd ../client

npm install

```

3. Set up environment variables

Create `.env` files in both client and server directories:

```env

# Server .env

PORT=5000

MONGODB_URI=your_mongodb_uri

CLERK_SECRET_KEY=your_clerk_secret_key

STRIPE_SECRET_KEY=your_stripe_secret_key

CLOUDINARY_NAME=your_cloudinary_name

CLOUDINARY_API_KEY=your_cloudinary_api_key

CLOUDINARY_SECRET_KEY=your_cloudinary_secret_key

4. Start the application
