## Mudi
Mudi is an iOS app that provides users access to tools to manage their mental health including:
- Logging your mood throughout the week based on the “Feelings Wheel” created by Dr. Gloria Willcox.
- Easily log exactly how you feel by tapping any of the 75+ choices
- Keep track of how you've been feeling with a nice UI with color coded mood cells for 6 categories of feelings - Sad, Angry, Fearful, Surprised, Happy, and Disgusted.
- Motivational Quotes
- Guided Breathing
- The 5 Senses skill
- Crisis Management including hotline information for over 50 countries.
- DBT Resources (Based on notes from my personal experience in IOP)
Sign in with your Apple, Google, or Facebook account
[Firebase](https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk) is used for authentication and databases.
With the [zenquotes.io](https://zenquotes.io/) API, you have access to encouraging quotes directly in the app.
