Uniform grow tool: Selects a grow zone in an area matching the fertility of the initially selected tile. Also available in [TD Enhancement Pack](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1339135272)

Chequer cancel tool: Cancel construction or blueprints in a chessboard like pattern.
