Adds TAG Traits to the game for Pawns born while on Licuferum.

 Alpha TAG: outstanding reaction to being born on Luciferium. - phenomenal abilities compared to normal humans, prone to mental breaks.

 Beta TAG: superior outcome to being born on Luciferium. - outstanding abilities compared to normal humans, prone to mental breaks.

 Gamma TAG: average reaction to being born on Luciferium. - exceptional abilities compared to normal humans, prone to mental breaks.

 Delta TAG: sub par reaction to being born on Luciferium. - above average abilities compared to normal humans, prone to mental breaks.

 Nuero TAG: two sided outcome from being born on Luciferium. - both crippling mental issues and outstanding abilities.
