This is a very straightforward port of the VAD implementation in WebRTC (

https://webrtc.googlesource.com/src/ ) to JavaScript, using Emscripten.

WebRTC is licensed under a 3-clause BSD license, included in the compiled code.

The ones of lines of code in this repository that don't come directly from
