Annotation Evaluator and Editor
A stand alone Open Source Java tool for manually annotating text documents and evaulating the preformance of NLP machine learning algorithms.
Initially developed by Eric Chiang (github.com/EricChiang) for IBM's Accelerated Learning team at the IBM Almaden Reacher Center. Project overseen by Dr. Hui Yang, assistant professor at San Francisco State University.
Still in development phase (see "todo" page on wiki).
Now under the management of Anthony Lee (github.com/alee111777).
