An SVG adaptation of [Xelu's FREE Controller & Keyboard Prompts](https://thoseawesomeguys.com/prompts/).



For crediting purposes please refer to the original README below.



This repository was created just for me to store the vector files as SVGs and present them in a more accessible manner.

The original source download provides only rasterised PNG files (which are not as high quality or scalable), and 

vector diagrams in a proprietary Adobe Animator `.fla` file, which I found painful to parse and get data from.



Hopefully this is useful to somebody else as well.

## Usage



> **NOTE:** Most of these SVGs have their size specified as that of a single button, so will likely display poorly in many renderers.

> I plan to fix this at some point, but the priority was making the files available.

The icons in these files are intended for use in tutorial/interaction prompts and the like, to indicate that a particular button

should be pressed to achieve a particular action, with the option of dynamically selecting a relevant button from the controller

type that is actually in use by the player / operator (as opposed to always specifying "press Circle ..." even when a user is on a PC).



The "Diagram" displays can be used for showing where a particular button is on the controller. Distribution of the button icons on top

of where the physical buttons are located on a diagram is convenient for finding the desired asset name when developing. Indications 

that a button is actually being pressed (for example when mapping controls) may use the button icons where applicable, but will likely

need to be handled via other means for the sticks and some other controls.
