Information & Tracking For Rebranding Process

Rebrand was agreed to on https://github.com/Ether1Project/ECPs/issues/36

This repo will allow commmunity to help and track rebranding process.

When any outside service is identfied as having old branding and/or logos, an issue can be created and assigned here so the Etho Protocol Team can follow up and have these fixed as soon as possible.
