# MedLedger — Privacy Policy

MedLedger is a personal productivity app for tracking work events and invoices. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

## Data You Enter
MedLedger stores only the data you enter directly into the app:
- Work events (names, dates, client information)
- Invoices and invoice line items
- App settings (your name and preferences)

## Where Your Data Lives
All data is stored **privately on your device**.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We never have access to your iCloud data — it is stored exclusively in your private iCloud container and is protected by Apple's security and encryption infrastructure.

## Camera Access
The app requests camera access only when you initiate invoice import. Photos are processed entirely **on-device** using Apple's Vision framework. No images are uploaded to any server or stored beyond the import session.

## What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect analytics or usage data
- We do not use advertising identifiers
- We do not share any data with third parties
- We do not have user accounts or backend servers
- We do not track your location

## Third-Party Services
MedLedger does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
The only external service involved is **Apple iCloud**, which is governed by [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

MedLedger does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
