Homebrew utilities I have wrote.

## icongen

Generate icon (Also known as [SMDH](https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/SMDH)) files for use with [makerom](https://github.com/3DSGuy/Project_CTR/tree/master/makerom). 

Takes a JSON input, spits out a ICN file.
