# SainTalk

## ℹ️ About

SainTalk is a dedicated reporting platform for the academic community within the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Integrated Laboratory Center of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This system was developed to streamline the process of reporting infrastructure issues, thereby helping to improve the quality of facilities supporting teaching and learning activities.

## ✨ Features

-   🔐 **User Authentication:** Users can register for a new account or log in securely to submit and manage their complaint reports.

-   📋 **Report Submission:** Users can easily file a new report detailing issues with facilities or infrastructure, including a complete description of the problem.

-   ⏳ **Progress Tracking:** Users can monitor the real-time status of their own submitted reports, tracking them from "Pending" to "Accepted" or "Rejected."

-   📄 **Transparent Report Feed:** A public feed allows all users to view reports submitted by the entire community, enhancing transparency by showing the details and progress of all issues.
