To accurately interpret user needs, the team should begin with a thorough system analysis. This can be achieved by gathering feedback from existing users and incorporating it when modifying the source code. It's essential to identify and refine the system's specific inputs and outputs during this process.
A user story is an excellent way to capture and express user needs. Commonly used in Agile development, it serves as a valuable tool for understanding the end-user's perspective and clarifying what users want.
### How do I approach developing programs? What agile processes do I hope to incorporate into my future development work?
Program development can be guided by various project management strategies. One such approach is the Waterfall methodology, which aids in outlining requirements and adopting targeted strategies. Other methods include iterative, prototyping, Agile, and incremental approaches.
The most common and widely adopted Agile processes include Crystal, Scrum, and Extreme Programming. Each of these approaches offers distinct methods for managing testing, planning, and integration.
