# BacillusMarker
**BacillusMarker** is an aplication to easy mark bacillus of tuberculose.
The software was used to mark the bacillus of tuberculose in the TBImages database V2 http://www.tbimages.ufam.edu.br/ (UNRELEASED)

#### Features
- Annotation of bacilli, bacillus cluster and undefined items.
- System of authentication and registry of annotations by users.
- Full screen image.
- Save annotations to CVS files (no need to generate a new image).
- Save annotations to BMP files (new BMP image with marks).
- Counting bacilli in a tail region. This option create a CSV file with the number of bacillus by image and total of bacillus in a tail region.
