Add moving text to gifs quickly and easily. 

### Motivation

To add moving text to gifs curently, you have to have a pretty deep understanding of keyframes in gimp or photoshop. Not everyone wants to take the time to learn how to do this, they just want to be able to quickly add text to a gif and send to their friends. 

That is where Text Gif comes in. It simplifies the process of adding moving text to gifs so that everyone, no matter if they are a gimp/photoshop guru, can add moving text to their gifs.
