### Data Engineering Trainer @Great Learning

#### Welcome to my GitHub profile! 

I'm Gajendra Sharma, a dedicated Data Engineering Trainer passionate about empowering learners with essential technical skills and insights. With a diverse background in teaching, mentoring, and analytics, I’ve developed a unique skill set that bridges education, data-driven decision-making, and business growth.

To date, I’ve trained over 200 learners and delivered 700+ hours of hands-on training.

My academic foundation is in Economics, where I had the honor of being mentored by Gautam Bhattacharya, a respected Econometrician in Kolkata. This experience helped sharpen my analytical thinking, which I later applied during a transformative year in Himachal Pradesh, learning the fundamentals of training and coaching under the guidance of a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner Kapil Sharma.

In addition to my professional roles, I’m passionate about mentorship. I’ve conducted over 100 free sessions—both one-on-one and group sessions—providing career guidance and advice. I also regularly take sessions on data science topics, offering guidance on career paths, skill-building, and strategic roadmaps.
