Save object to disk in apple swift programming language

**What is the purpose of creating this component?**

The purpose of this code is to use with MVC pattern to save object to disk without using Sqlite.

**What is the core benefit and advantage of creating component?**

The benifit is that it is possible to use saved object after application kill we can save the complex class structure including inheriance.
