# TGRmodel

Code associated with the manuscript **Growth-rate model predicts in vivo tumor response from in vitro data** from Diegmiller et al.

This can be loaded as an R package to perform TGR predictions based on in vitro efficacy data and PK profile. Example scripts are published in the folder: `inst/scripts`
