# Stress Tracking App

This project is on GitHub:

Instructions:

* Press "Start" button to start the timer.

* Use arrow keys or mouse cursor to change your stress level over time.

* Stats are logged in the text box below.

* Click "Stop" to stop the timer.

* One last log will output a session summary.

* Click "Reset" to reload and reset the form.
